Working at Heights Access Training (Mobile Tower Scaffold)

Course Overview:

Aluminium Scaffold Towers are one of only many different types of access equipment which may be selected for working at heights, depending on the tasks being undertaken.

This course is designed to provide an overview of the process of assessing the risk associated with particular work at height tasks, to ensure that candidates understand the advantages and limitations of aluminium scaffold towers and that if an aluminium scaffold tower is selected, it is the correct choice of equipment.

Who is the training for:

The course is aimed at any personnel who may erect, use, dismantle or supervise operations of mobile tower scaffold.

Course Duration:

1 day in-house training at our purpose built training centre.

Training and Assessment methods:

Candidates will receive practical training provided by our professional experts and undertake both a practical assessment and written theoretical examination

Course Achievements:

Successful candidates will be awared with fully recognised BPEC Competence certification.

Progression Routes (following successful completion of this course):

Successful completion of this course will enable candidates to move onto other related training and assessment including:-

• Level 1 QCF Health & Safety in Construction
• Asbestos Awareness Course

Additional Information:

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates are required to bring their own safety footwear when undertaking this course.  All other PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) will be provided.
