Course Overview

The Sanitation & Drainage Training Course provides the fundamental requirements of above ground drainage and rainwater systems and is designed to meet the requirements of current building regulations.

Who is this training course for?

This course is aimed at practicing plumbing and heating engineers who already have some knowledge of above ground drainage and rainwater systems.

Course Duration:

1 day - 8.30am to 4.30pm.  This course is available as both an in-house or an on-site training course.

Topic Areas Covered:

• Legislation and key installation requirements
• Types of system pipe work and design
• Self sealing valves
• WC macerators and waste disposal units
• Commissioning above ground sanitary pipe work
• Rainwater system design and installation

Training and Assessment methods:

During the morning session, on the date of the assessment, a formal tutorial and review of the candidates completed workbook will be held followed by a multiple-choice assessment during the afternoon session

Course Achievements:

Successful candidates will receive LOGIC Installation of Above Ground Sanitary Pipe Work and Rainwater Systems in Domestic Properties certification.
